I need to access my iwatch after I changed my AppleID and locked myself out with my old AppleID. How do I do this?

You need the Apple ID and password associated with the Activation Lock.

As Activation Lock is intended as a theft deterrent, it's intentionally not easily circumvented.

Lacking the Apple ID and password, you might be able to clear the lock by contacting Apple, but expect to need the purchase receipt with serial number and matching photo ID, or whatever the folks at Apple deem necessary.

If you have the old Apple ID and password, unpair and re-pair the Watch.
