I can’t sign in my Apple ID

At this point I would click on the Contact Support link at the top right of this page to speak to Apple techs. The first screen indicates you weren't trying to login to your Apple ID, you were trying to create one. You won't be able to do that on this iPhone.

Sign in where? What happens when you try?
