Apps will not load after 14.4
Apps won’t load on my iPad Pro 2nd gen. The apps open but does not load content. I’ve tried multiple WiFi connections. I’m almost certain it’s the update because everything was working before the update.
please help!

You need to check your ScreenTime restrictions:
Settings > Screen Time > Content & Privacy Restrictions > iTunes & App Store Purchases > Installing Apps - ensure that this permission is set to Allow
A forced-restart of your iPad may also be beneficial:
- On an iPad with a Home button: Press and hold the top button and the Home button at the same time. When the Apple logo appears, release both buttons.
- On other iPad models: Press and quickly release the volume up button, press and quickly release the volume down button, then press and hold the top button. When the Apple logo appears, release the button.
