How do I completely get RoboKiller off my iPhone X

I deleted the app for RoboKiller now I cannot receive any calls or voicemail. How do I restore my phone to pre-RoboKiller !

Restore your phone to factory settings not from backup, yes that will wipe your phone clean.

Or you ask robokiller or look at their support site on how to remove their app so you can receive calls.
