Hi,
I have ran 5km which was recorded on the Nike Run App (as per pic below).
Now I expected this 5km run from the Nike run app to be reflected on the Apple Watch fitness app within the summary on my IPhone 6S but it isn’t.
Any reason why this could be?

We see that your Nike Run app data isn't syncing with the Activity app, and we'd be happy to help. To start, we recommend that you check for any available iOS and watchOS software updates:
Update your iPhone, iPad, or iPod touch
Once done, please restart both your iPhone and Apple Watch. Give them a minute or so before powering them back on.
If your Nike Run app data still doesn't appear within the Activity app, we'd then recommend that you contact Apple Support directly. Here's how: Get Support
