Use the Mail App:

If you want to access them both, then you need to use the Mail app. And to add Yahoo to it, you would likely need an App Password to log in.

3. Proceed from there as necessary.

Not sure what a "Phone ES" is, however, to answer your question, there is no pairing of emails between Yahoo email and iCloud email. Perhaps, if you can provide some detail and explanation on what you are attempting to accomplish then we may be able to help.
