I bought a second hand phone and didn’t realize it has an activation lock. Can you please help unlock it for me?

Nobody on these boards can, and nobody at Apple will; it's an anti-theft measure. Ask the seller to remove the lock or give you a refund, or if applicable, ask the people running the site or store where you got it for a refund.
