How do I change my store region without cancelling apple music subscription

I recently moved from Korea to Canada so I tried to change my appstore region (into canada), but it didn't work (I unsubscribed my apple music before). So I changed my store back to Republic of Korea, then I payed a month fee for my apple music. But if i try to listen to a song, it'll say "This apple ID is only valid for use in the Korea, Republic of store". I think my app store region changed into Canada, but my apple ID is still Korean? Is there any possible way to change the STORE region without unsubscribing apple music (I couldn't listen to any songs though I paid).
