I have the window media pack >On > Off > ON restart.

I have windows media player.

Have message "you own this app"

With iCloud for Windows, you can keep your photos, videos, mail, calendar, files, and other important information you store in iCloud up to date and available on your Windows PC.

Clicked 3 dots on right

install in my device

"DESKTOP-UCQ5FFP"

>>>Apple Inc. MacBookPro9,1 <<<<<<<<????

We are attempting to install on your selected device.

OK

Nothing

Is this the right App for my PC?

Well I have tried to download from the app store.

That does not work.

Windows support is extremely difficult to get in touch with.

Really too bad Microsoft and Apple can not provide support when there is a merging issue..

Sort like the Left Hand does not know what the Right hand is doing. Even though they a attached to the same body and mind.
