dialabrain, to quote Ed McMahon, “Yes! You are correct sir!”. The Apple Configurator that displays after a search on the App Store is version 2.13.3, which requires Mac OS 10.15.6 or later. I need Apple Configurator 2.12.1, which will install on my 2012 Mac Pro, OS 10.14.6 Majave. If there is a way to get this older version on the App Store, I haven’t found it.

It doesn’t. I bought a refurb 2019 Mac Pro on the Apple online refurb store. It was relatively inexpensive, because it has a single 256GB SSD. I bought the 8TB SSD Kit, and after I remove the 256GB SSD, and install the two 4TB SSDs, I will need to connect the 2019 Mac Pro to another Mac running Apple Configurator, in order to restore the T2 Security Chip firmware on the new SSDs. I was hoping to perform this task with my 2012 Mac Pro, running OS 10.14.6. I need Configurator 2.12.1 to run on OS 10.14.6. But it looks increasingly unlikely I can obtain Configurator 2.12.1, so I’ll need to borrow a Mac running OS 10.15.6 so I can get the current Configurator, and then restore the security firmware on the 4TB SSDs.
