Hello, can you please help me. I got spam about my security of my account on Calendar. I tried to remove it by clicking on calendar and remove the scam from “others” or “subscribe” but iz wasn’t there. Then I got to my settings app and tried to go to Password&Account but I don’t have that option. I don’t know what to do. I even went to “subscriptions” and nothing was there.

If running iOS 13 or earlier versions, check: Settings - Passwords & Accounts - Accounts - Any rogue entries here? If so, delete the rogue account.
If running iOS 14, check: Settings - Calendar - Accounts - Any rogue entries here? If so, delete the rogue account.
