Can't install Mac OS 11.2 update
After download updating and checking update I have message download error. How to fix this?

After download updating and checking update I have message download error. How to fix this?

Same procedure shut down and this time Command + r immediately at startup. Recovery mode presents option and choose Reinstall macOS. This will attempt to download the Full Installer and install. It should not remove anything just update the files from Big Sur 11.1 to 11.2. ( I presume Empty Space Requirements are available - https://support.apple.com/en-ca/HT201475 )
Question - is FileVault enabled? If so make sure it as finished decrypting the drive before attempting.
Strongly suggest doing to Time Machine Backup first and if possible doing a Tested Clone to external drive - insurance.
It looks like problem not in network. I have tried update from console. And receive following message:

We assume one has verified that this computer qualifies to run Big Sur. If it is not on the list Big Sur will not install. Special attention of the MBP is the 2013 or 2014 version
Shutdown computer. Connect via Ethernet cable and restart in Safe Mode - Shift - immediately at startup and try again
Unfortunately result is same. About 5 minutes in preparing update state and error.
If last posing does not work - Shutdown router then computer. Restart router and then computer. Sometimes this will clear a Network issue.
