I am having a problem I see that my Security is very weak what to do

It shows that my security is very weak on my iPhone 11 device

Hi - this is an issue of the security setting on your router or wifi access point, and is nothing to do with your phone.


The message, which appears under the Wi-Fi network name on your iPhone, states that WPA/WPA2 TKIP is “not considered secure”


You need to change the setting on your router so it is at WPA2 AES or better.

Your iPhone is notifying you that the Wi-Fi Network that it is connected to does not have adequate security by today's standards. If you are interested in improving the security of your Wi-Fi then you can log into the Router and change the security settings to WPA2 (AES) in the least. If you do not know how to log into your Wi-Fi Router then please refer to the owner's manual. If you do not have the owner's manual the please contact the support team of the Router's manufacturer / provider.
