Apple Intelligence is now available on iPhone, iPad, and Mac!
I was given iPhone 11 Pro Max with dual nano SIM, which I am using in Indonesia. However, I cannot use both SIM card at the same time. My friend has the same phone & he can use both numbers at the same time (so both are active/callable). Can anyone help?

To use two different carriers, your iPhone must be unlocked. Otherwise, both plans must be from the same carrier. If a CDMA carrier provides your first SIM, your second SIM won't support CDMA. Contact your carrier for more information.
