Snapchat camera shaking

Sometimes when using snapchat the back camera is shaking. This makes pictures blurry and films shaking.

Closing and reopening the app is not working. Sometimes turning the phone on and off has fixed the problem, but now nothing seems to work.

Snapchat says this is a problem with the device and not the app, even though this problem only appears on Snapchat, and not the camera.

Has anyone experienced the same and found a solution?
