Where is the hidden usage on my Watch?

I've removed all but 1 app (it's very small and needed for work) and I'm not close to the storage I need for the update. What am I missing?

Storage Full Apple Watch My watch’s storage is always full. I don’t understand though. I have no photos and literally have no apps Downloaded to save storage. I have to unpair every time there is an update. What is happening? I can’t use the watch for anything I am supposed to.

Try this;

Unpair your Apple Watch via the Watch app on your iPhone.

Then Re-pair your Apple Watch,this frees up a surprisingly large amount of storage space.And without any loss of data.
