my i phone 6 works perfectly except that it will not hold a text over night

mellissa you must be a robot. my i phone is not working correctly and i am smart enough to acess the on line imfo. i took my phone to the apple store they blamed it on verizon verizon blamed it on apple. your reply was not even close to helping
