iPad Air 4 Static Noises

My new iPad Air 4 has been making static noises. This happens very randomly, for example flicking through Instagram stories on Safari or reading news articles and even whilst it was updating.

It hasn't been dropped or damaged in any way, it is brand new and has only started doing this in the past two weeks. It can be heard with and without headphones on.

Does anyone have any idea why this is happening and how it can be resolved?
