I have an iMac 2.7 Ghz Intel running Sierra OS 10.12.6. Can I upgrade to v. El Capitan or Yosemite? I would like to get to v. 10.13

Back up your data, check your applications for compatibility, and download High Sierra through the link provided. Yosemite and El Capitan would be downgrades.
