homekit secure video eufy
After Eufy’s latest firmware update my Cam2’s (3 of them will not record clips to my iCloud account.
And yes I have a 2TB plan.
Eufy customer support has been very nice but completely useless in providing a solution.
Things I have tried:
1) restart hub and cameras
2) verified settings in both cameras and hub
3) removed hub and cameras from HomeKit and added them back in
4) hard reset of the hub (which erases camera info) and then added the hub and cameras back
