forgot password unlock in system preference
I can't unlock my passwords in system preference. It keeps shaking for a new password to open and I forgot my password. How can I retrieve my old password ?
Normally this would be the same password you used when you log in to your account, e.g. after your computer boots up and presents you with a login for users.
Another possibility: in System Preferences Users and Groups, is the box checked for allowing use of Apple ID for logging in?
