Phone lagging and randomly freezing

Sorry to hear your iPhone is glitching and lagging. Personally I try clearing apps and things I dont need and making sure software is up to date but usually all else fails I reset my iPhone back to factory settings, restore from backup if I really need the data on it but this usually carries the glitchy ness with it.

I know its inconvenient to reset it but it does clear up many issues, theres a lot that could be the cause so it isn't always easy to pinpoint.
