I do a lot of audio tinkering in my computers because of my job and I haven’t been able to bring up the AUDIO MIDI SETUP menu since updating to BigSur...does anyone know where that menu went?

I find the Audio MIDI Setup.app in the Utilities folder.
/Applications/Utilities/Audio MIDI Setup.app
Is that what you are looking for?
Although I'm not seeing a way to add it to the Menu bar, I can add it to the Finder Toolbar by holding Command and dragging it up into the Toolbar.

You are welcome! If you use it a lot (whatever), putting it in the Finder Toolbar or Sidebar is really handy and I wonder how many people know you can even add documents to the Toolbar for fast access anytime.
