Cgservisignstart program

Hi there,

I noticed a suspicious program called CGServiSignStrat to appear when I turned on my Mac mini. However, it never run completely but dragged down the speed. What I can do is to cancel then it disappeared.

Can someone help to tell me if this is a virus and what can I do to fix it?
