iTunes cards

I registered a $12.00 gift card to my phone but one it was redeemed half of it was gone only leaving $5.43 registered but my phone isn’t hacked. Is there issues going on in my account or did it count the money incorrectly?

GIFT CARDS I was caught up in a scam and purchased gift cards. I want to know, as I did request to put a stop on the gift cards, if it has been done. I want to check the amount on one of the cards to see if there is anything still on it. How do I go about that?

Log out of the iTunes Store, and then back in. If the balance doesn’t correctly update, click here and contact its staff.
