Fraud is occurring right now on my Apple account - how do we stop them

Someone has changed my password My iPad was stolen two days ago. PLEASE ADVISE
If you still have a device signed into the email linked to the account, then you can simply have it send a password reset email, log into https://www.icloud.com/settings/ and select the iPad and click remove from this account!
Please stop any and all activity coming from my account. IPad has been stolen - fraudulent activity occurring on my account . I don’t know what to do. Please advise
