When i paste my serial number it says I get additional service and support for my iPhone including up to two incidents of accidental damage from handling. Does accidental damage include a crack in the screen? Am I covered if I take my cracked iPhone 12 in to apple?

thanks! Because I’m not sure why there’s an AppleCare and an applecare+. I know the difference is AppleCare+ extends the warranty to an extra year or two and has different benefits but I didn’t see a + on my plan but it says I have up to two incidents. So I’m not sure if I have AppleCare+ or just regular AppleCare
Oh. I researched and people have said the regular AppleCare plan doesn’t include screen replacement. Do I need to take a receipt in for proof of purchase? Based on your experience if you’ve broken a device? Or can I just show them this in store?
Is this a company phone? Because AppleCare Services is a group plan usually purchased by business or institution? Did you buy the phone new or did you purchase it from an individual? Get it from your employer?
So the detuctible is like the 29 bucks for them fixing it like the person above said? The fee I should say?
I leased it from T Mobile which is now merged with sprint. I didn’t buy out out front but I’m paying for it monthly until it’s payed off in 2 years.
You have to pay the deductible then they will replace your screen.
