MS Outlook Not Working on MacBook Air M1 with Big Sur

Hi,

I have bought recently the MacBook Air with M1 processor. I have the latest version 11.2 of Big Sur installed on the Mac.

I am not able to set up my office outlook settings on the Mac since I bought it. Whenever I try setting it up, I get an error message as: "Unable to add account. Make sure that your mailbox is on Exchange Server 2010 SP2 or later."

I checked with my IT team and they confirmed that the mailbox is on Exchange Server 2010 SP2.

Anybody having same issue with Outlook? Don't know hot to handle it.

They say that you install a rosetta on the new M1 Mac and then it will work. The word, excel and powerpoint work but not outlook. May be its not designed for this as yet.
