My iPhone is not working well, it’s very slow, WiFi or internet is very, very slow, bringing up the Snapchat App., is difficult to use? Please help!

Two Things to Try:


I. Clear Temporary Internet Files:

What happens when you clear the Temporary Internet Files from Safari? To find out how to do so, go here: Clear the history and cookies from Safari on your iPhone, iPad - Apple Support


II. Update your iPhone:

Installing updates fixes bugs - bugs may be causing this. So, perform an update.

Update your iPhone using:

  • the iPhone itself
  • a Mac, or
  • a PC, even

How to do so....

Two Major Steps: - Backup then Update

1. Backup First: Make a backup of your device using iCloud or your computer

2. Then, Update Using these Links:
