I wanna delete items in hidden purchases, these remain risk of repurchasing due to stranger of using.
I some of them definitely no-need anymore.

Modify your Credentials:
If you are nervous of a stranger using it, then by all means necessary, modify your credentials. It would be wise, if you are concerned.
How to Modify:
- Modify: your login credentials (Using Both a New eMail and a New Password for each and all sites)
- Associate: a different method of payment to your account
- Enable: Two-Factor Authentication for Apple ID and for all other accounts that have such an applicable option
