AirPods Max charger?

No, don't have the AirPods Max yet...just doing some research, but I can't find any information about which chargers can be used to charge the AirPods Max. Do I need to buy the 20W charger offered on the AirPods Max Buy page, or can I use one of the many chargers I already have, from tiny 5W iPhone chargers to big 60W MacBook Pro chargers.

Hi Steve Porritt,

We see you have some questions on charging the AirPods Max, and we'd be happy to help with providing some info on that.

The AirPods Max comes with a USB-C to Lightning cable, which would work with the 20W USB-C power adapter you mentioned. However, you can also use a standard USB to Lightning cable with standard power adapters. Using lower wattage, such as the 5W power adapter, will work, but would result in slower charging speeds.
