Shortcut still running even after deletion

I created a shortcut that would check pollen levels from a weather app periodically during the day. It never worked, so I deleted it but it “reappeared” and kept attempting to run.

I deleted the steps in the shortcut, saved it, then deleted the shortcut again. The deletion has worked: it’s not in my list of scripts in Shortcuts any more. But the shortcut STILL keeps trying to run. (I get a notification that the shortcut couldn’t run.)

I deleted the entire Shortcuts app. And this shortcut is STILL attempting to run. I can’t figure out why or where it’s coming from.

I am completely stumped.

any ideas how I could delete a ghost shortcut that keeps running like this?
