Android Power Adapter for iPhone 12

Good day all!

I had an Android device (Sony Xperia) and bought an iPhone 12. Some articles on the internet say that using lower wattage of power adapter could improve the battery life (in terms of battery health). So, I am considering to use my Sony power adapter (5V 1.5A ~7.5W) and Anker USB-to-lightning cable (MFi certified) for slower charging my iPhone 12.

Do you think it is still safe for the iPhone 12 battery to use my Sony power adapter for slow charging? Any long-term harmful effects if iPhone device is being charged slowly?
