Auto forward in Mail

I'm having trouble figuring this rule out. I just want to forward automatically an email from one sender to one person, every day, when the newsletter comes in. I've set up the rule *I think* properly in Apple Mail but it just won't play ball.

Has anyone figured out a trick here or something? I don't know why something so mundane as this is so darn complicated with Apple Mail.

I whited out the address, but it is exactly the email address that sends me the e-mail every day
