Macbook stuck in the loading screen after a restoration

I restored my mac to a save from time machine. The operation ends successfully and I am told that my mac has to reboot to complete the operation. But then it is stuck on the loading Apple logo. Nothing happens then, the external had where I have my saves go in sleep mode because not used.

I even tried to reinstall osx from the restoration partition. It installs the version 10.9 but then no updates are proposed to me and when I tried to download macOS big Sur from the app store I have an “unknown error” error

My mac is a macbook pro retina late 2013 (A1502) (serial number C0***H01)

I solved my problem: I had to reinstall a version of OSX from the restoration partition but connecting to my Apple account when creating the first user. I have 2 factors authentication enabled, but the window asking for my code didn't display when I tried to connect to my account after creating the user. Because I was not connected to an apple account I had several errors. When I connected to my Apple account when creating the first user, the windows asking for my code displayed well, and I could download macOS Catalina and restored my data. I am writing this message from my mac. Thanks for the help.

The reason why the boot program was stuck is that it looped with an

AppleKeyStore: operation failed

error

What is the exact model of your Mac? You can find this information by clicking the Apple menu and selecting "About This Mac" or by entering your serial number here or here.

You can find links to various macOS installers from 10.11 to 10.15 and 11.1 within this Apple article which also includes instructions for creating a bootable macOS USB installer:

https://support.apple.com/en-us/HT201372

I recommend using a macOS USB installer and use Disk Utility to erase the whole physical drive before installing macOS. With later versions of macOS Disk Utility hides the physical drive from view so you can use the information in this Apple article to reveal the physical drive within Disk Utility.

From the anti-reflective coating issue I see in the picture I assume you most likely have a 2013-2015 MBPro.

Try running the Apple Diagnostics.
