lost Airpods

Hello! I lost my airpods. I could see their last location in find my but now, a day later, I don’t even see my airpods as an option in find my. Why is that and what I should do?

"How to find your lost AirPods, AirPods Pro, or AirPods Max" click here --> https://support.apple.com/HT207581

They are probably offline which means your phone can't receive a signal from them.

Apple only says this about seeing Airpods after they go offline. "You can see AirPods Max in Find My for up to 18 hours inside their Smart Case. Outside of their Smart Case, you can see them for 72 hours." However, for other Find My Services such as the iPhone they stipulate a maximum 24 hour period for seeing a device after it goes offline so maybe other Airpod models are similar.
