i’m not sure how to switch from lte to 5g I have an iphone 11 and just recently updated it (i’m not sure if that is what’s causing the problem) and before, when I went to cellular-cellular data options I could find voice and data. Now voice and data doesn’t show up and i’m stuck on LTE. I have a 5 g plan with t-mobile. Does anyone know how to help?

I contacted my carrier and they said the 4G and LTE option should be automatic does that mean the 4G option Im using is actually 4G LTE?
