New update came in my iPad but I can not able to update kindly help me to know how can I update my iPad.

You screenshot clearly shows that you are using a Cellular connection. System software updates require a WiFi connection - as indicated in the screenshot.
Connect to WiFi - and you’ll be able to download and install the update.
