I need helping getting a refund on an app
I had an annual charge go through for an app that I no longer need and forgot about. I would like a refund and the app to be canceled. Thank you.

Hi Neil... I was able to cancel the subscription, but am still having trouble requesting a refund. Can I do this on my iPhone? On my computer, it isn't able to locate the purchase. Thanks for your help.
