Keeping setting off on child’s ipad

I was wondering if there is a way to have parental control on my child’s iPad? I have tried the guided access stetting but it doesn’t work for the settings app.

I have the iPad 7th generation wifi, cellular

iPad (6th gen) WiFi, Cellular
