I left my phone in the Uber drivers car

Did you enable "Find My" on this phone? If so, you still have a chance to locate it. Regardless, contact Uber and report that you left the phone in one of their driver's vehicles. They may be able to help get it back to you.

Did you enable "Find My" before it was lost? If not, you will have to rely on Uber for help recovering it. If you did, the article I provided you should provide you with what you can do with "Find My" to either lock, erase, or find it.

If you didn't enable "Find My" then the first thing you need to do is change your Apple ID password.
