Apple Watch

I ordered 2 Apple Watches for delivery yesterday - 6th February 2021. 1 was delivered at the time indicated. The other has not shown up. I can not get a response from Apple as to where it is - yet they have taken y money and sent me an invoice?

any suggestions would be helpful.
