iCloud Account breach

My wife keeps getting calls that state they are calling from iCloud Service and her iCloud account has been breached. She is instructed to press a number to speak with someone about the breach or to call on their toll free line at 315-327-**** for help. We have not called them or spoken to anyone who keeps calling.

I think this is a scam and want to confirm if it is real or not.
