How do I transfer activity data from my iPhone to Apple Watch ,When I am not using my watch for a day? In the activity app of watch it is showing blank when I’m not using my watch but when I am seeing the health app of iPhone the activity would be there .I want the same to be transferred to my watch when I’m not using it.

It doesn't work that way,data get's transferred from the watch to the phone not the other way round.
Any excercise done with just the phone goes straight into the health app.
