My Apple ID accept my Payment method
Why won't my Apple ID accept my Payment method? and is saying its fail. I've tried two separate active cards with money in them and both are saying failed....

If these procedures won't work for you Change, add, or remove Apple ID payment methods - Apple Support, call Apple Support and ask them help to correct your payment methods.
