is the Blackmagic eGPU Pro and MacBook Pro M1 2021 compatible?

I just bought a MacBook Pro M1 and thought to use my Blackmagic eGPU Pro with it but it looks that is not compatible? And even if it was, do you know if the video card on a MacBook Pro M1 is faster and more powerful than the Blackmagic eGPU Pro?
