IPhone X screen started to dim and now is completely black. Phone is on and will ring if called. Cannot connect to iTunes. What can I do to fix this?
IPhone X screen began to dim and then within a few hours went completely black. It is on and will ring. I cannot connect it to iTunes to force restart. Will not do a hard reset either. Any ideas?
