Chase Banking App says another user enabled notifications?

I use the chase mobile banking app all the time but when I logged in a little bit ago I got this notification

I’m not sure what other user they are talking about and can’t find information on how to figure it out. Does anyone know anything that might help? It would be greatly appreciated.
