Show my caller ID doesn’t work - iPhone 8 plus

Hello, i have trouble with turning off and on the “show my caller ID”. I go to “settings” and then press “phone” and then when i press on “show my caller ID” the wheel is spinning like it’s loading and the button of “on” and “off” doesn’t appear. I’ve waited for it to load more then 10 minutes and it doesn’t work. I reset the iPhone and took out the sim and put it in again but nothing changes. I could use some help with fixing this problem. Thank you!

It looks like you're trying to disable the "Show my Caller ID" feature on your iPhone 8 Plus and you see a spinning gear and it does not complete. We're glad you reached out.

First, make sure your iPhone is up to date to the most recent iOS version and your carrier bundle is up to date.

Update your carrier settings on your iPhone or iPad

After all updates have been installed, go ahead and restart your iPhone and try again.
