iPhone 12 Pro mic stopped working after 4 days

My iPhone 12 Pro mic will not work for calls, voice memos or calls on apps such as WhatsApp or messenger. I’ve researched online tips and support of what I can do to get it to work again, but it’s no good.

Has anyone been through this? How do I fix it? It seemed to work fine until last night/into today.
